Review: This wine is light gold in color with aromas of gooseberry, sweet bell pepper, and a touch of grass. There is a good balance of acidity to fruit flavor, and the finish is very nice, clean and refreshing.

The wine smelled very citrusy and without food it tingled on my tug with a fruity, tangy flavor. Fruits I tasted include lemon, lime, and orange! It almost tasted the exact same with the salmon because the flavor of soy sauce on the salmon overtook the flavor of the wine. Paired with the boch choy, however, it was smoother and less tangy but still delicious!
